Jordan Academy Re-Launch!

Jordan Academy Re-Launch!

New changes are taking place at Jordan Academy.  The first is our new blog!  Miss Jessica will be blogging about important events and day to day happenings at Jordan Academy.

Jordan Academy is re-launching with a new look, new concept, and new staff.  As of last week we will no longer be caring for infants full time.  We will continue to take part-time drop-ins but we want to focus on creating a one of a kind preschool experience!

What will make Jordan Academy Unique?  The launch of our new dual language preschool and toddler program.  Miss Jessica and Miss Julie will be co-teaching in English and Spanish using the immersion method.  Find out more about how this works by clicking here:

We will continue to offer full time care daily from 6:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m., but we will also be offering a private preschool and toddler-time program.  The dual language preschool is for children ages 3-5 and will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00-12:00.  Toddler Time is for children 2-3 and will be Tuesday and Thursdays from 9:00-12:00.  Prices are $20.00 a week for Toddler Time and $30.00 a week for preschool.

We are excited to be the only preschool in the area that offers this unique concept.

We are happy that Miss Jamie (mother of Aubrie, Destiny, and Ashton)  continues on as part of our teaching staff.  She has been with Jordan Academy from the beginning and offers outstanding  care to children of all ages.  She will be teaching preschool on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Toddler Time on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Miss Julie (mother of Grace) joins our staff as our new dual language teacher.  She is working on her Master's in Psychology, has years of experience working with children and is a native of Puerto Rico.

Miss Jackie (mother of Julia and Johnny) joins our staff as our after school coordinator and teacher.  She will be implementing our Experience God after school program and will sub during preschool as needed.  She  has her bachelors in High School Education, and is excited to be working with our elementary kids.

To go with our new concept, we wanted to add a NEW LOOK!  Over the next two weeks we will be painting and remodeling to give the children a creative environment.  We also will be adding a new computer lab!  Parent volunteers are welcome to help or let us know your ideas on our facebook page.

I continue to feel blessed by God for allowing me into the lives of you and your children.  Please continue to pray for Jordan Academy as we enter this new phase.
